State vs. April Jawnda Ingram – 12 months ct. 1: DUI alcohol less safe, ct. 2: driving while license suspended. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 12 months with the first 72 hours served in confinement.
The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Grabriel Kaison Martin – five years each cts. 1-2: theft by taking. Counts to run concurrently for a total of five years.

State vs. Ricky Eugene Young – three years for the offense of possession cocaine.

State vs. Charlie Lee Powell Jr. – three years each cts. 1-2: terroristic threats, 12 months ct. 3: criminal trespass. Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. James Alfred Etheridge III – defendant is sentenced to time already served in the Jones County jail. Upon release, defendant shall enroll in the Macon Day Reporting Center and within 14 days must start the process for entry into Bibb County drug court. Upon acceptance into the Bibb County drug court, defendant’s attendance in Macon DRC shall be suspended. Defendant shall remain on active probation supervision for the entirety of his sentence.
State vs. Charlie Lee Powell Jr. – defendant shall be released with credit for time served and returned to probation as previously ordered. All conditions now special.
State vs. Billy A. West – defendant shall be released with credit for time served and returned to probation as previously ordered. All conditions now special.
State vs. Jamaal Lavoris Clyde – defendant ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served in jail. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon completion, he shall return to probation supervision as previously ordered. All conditions now special.
State vs. Adarrion Karrem Howard – defendant shall be ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served since July 15, 2024. Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant shall remain on active probation supervision for two years. End date 4/29/2031. All conditions now special. State vs. James Carlton Copeland Jr. – defendant ordered to serve 120 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served beginning 7/17/24. Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff.
Upon release the defendant shall remain on active probation supervision the remainder of his probation supervision.

State vs. Zerick Kenterris Usry – defendant ordered to credit for time already served in the Jones County jail since 7/16/24. Upon release, the defendant shall be placed back on active probation supervision for one year. End date 7/18/2031. All conditions now special.
State vs. Jason Edward Franks – defendant shall be ordered to credit for time already served in the Jones County jail since July 19, 2024. Upon release the defendant shall return to active probation supervision as previously ordered for two years. End date: 3/23/29. All conditions now special.
