Dear Clifton Ridge Cougars,
We pray you and your families are having a safe and exciting beginning of the school year. Our faculty is looking forward to an amazing school year filled with engaging activities that will increase student achievement and community involvement! It is an honor for me, Dr. Stacy Carr, to serve you along with Mr. Chance Scott, our Assistant Principal.
Our focus for the 2024–25 school year is to provide the love and support needed to consistently motivate and empower all students to grow and succeed. Our expectations are high and strong going into another challenging school year.
To help us meet these goals, students must attend school regularly, arrive on time, and focus on being Courteous, Respectful, Motivated, and Safe at school and in our community. Just a reminder that morning drop off is not until 7:30, and for safety and supervision, students should not be dropped off earlier than 7:30. All students should be on campus no later than 7:55 each morning.
We are honored and thankful for the doors of our school to be open to community families and volunteers. To visit our campus, you will need a driver’s license/ photo ID to check in at the office. The visitor’s badge you are issued must be worn to help us ensure the safety of all students and staff. We look forward to seeing you at CRMS throughout the year during the many events we have scheduled.
Student schedules will be available in Infinite Campus on Monday, July 29th at noon and a paper copy will be available inthegymduringOpenHouse. Please mark your calendars for our first Title I Family Engagement Event on Thursday, August 8th from 6:00-7:00. This is an opportunity to visit each classroom on your child’s schedule, meet the teachers, and hear important information pertaining to curriculum and content expectations.
Please be sure to let us know if you have any questions or concerns regarding this school year. By establishing strong lines of communication, we can continue to build positive relationships within all stakeholders. Commitment, passion, and accountability are our focus this year as we continue our pathway to excellence. As your administrative team, we look forward to a year where Academic achievement, responsible Behavior and an engaged Community are evident in all we do each day. Together, we can make a positive influence in the lives of all of our Clifton Ridge Community!
