PLEAS
State vs. David Bradford Gillespie – 15 years for the offense of serious injury by vehicle.
Defendant shall serve 120 days in the state detention center. Upon release, he is ordered to enroll in and successfully complete a THOR or probation approved 12-month inpatient rehabilitation program. Upon successful completion of the rehabilitation program, he shall reenroll in and complete the Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit ACCT program. The remainder of the sentence is to be served on probation.
State vs. Karetes Rashaan Gibson – three years for the offense of possession methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Maurice Lashawn Whisby – four years for the offense of possession of a firearm by convicted felon. Defendant to receive credit for time in custody from 5/20/23.
State vs. Joshua Ballard – 10 years for the offense of aggravated assault, with credit for time served in custody from 1/2/24.
State vs. Kasey Marie Hutchinson – three years for the offense of possession methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Christopher Ryan Yates – three years ct. 1: theft by taking, 12 months ct. 2: speeding. Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served in custody from 8/13/24.
State vs. Adam Michael Wells – two years for the offense of possession schedule I controlled substance. Credit for time served in custody from 8/21/24. Sentence to be served on probation.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Austin Ryder Miller – defendant ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. Credit for time served from 8/31/24.
State vs. Gerald Lynn Clover Jr. – defendant ordered to enter and successfully complete the Macon Day Reporting Center. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of program, followed by any recommended treatment. Upon completion, defendant shall remain on active probation supervision for two years. End date 11/16/2042. Credit for time served from 9/9/24. All conditions now special.
State vs. Tyrone Jackson – defendant ordered to credit for time served in Jones County jail since 5/31/24. Upon release, defendant ordered to enroll into and start mental health treatment within one week from his release and remain compliant with any medication prescribed through treatment.
Defendant shall remain on active probation supervision for two years. End date 10/3/28. All conditions now special.
State vs. Mario Dawon Fluellen – defendant ordered to serve 365 days in the Jones County jail and given credit for time served since 8/10/24. Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release defendant’s case shall terminate. All conditions now special.
State vs. Terence Christian Jordon – defendant ordered to serve one year in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served in the Houston County jail since 9/20/23. Upon release the defendant shall remain on active probation supervision until his case expires. End date 9/14/26. All conditions now special.
State vs. Holly Brianan Beck – defendant shall be released with credit for time served and returned to probation as previously ordered. All conditions now special.
State vs. Richie Glover – defendant ordered to enter in and complete the Macon Day Reporting Center, following all rules and regulations of program, including any aftercare recommended. He shall return to regular probation supervision.
