State vs. Shallee C. Bond – 12 months ct. 1: giving false information to law enforcement officer, three years ct. 2: possession schedule I controlled substance. Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years.
Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Darius Antiwon King – 30 days for the offense of possession of drug related objects.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Kenneth Dewayne Graves Jr. – defendant shall be released with credit for time served and returned to probation as previously ordered. He shall return to probation supervision and complete the Matrix Program with the Georgia Department of Community Supervision. All conditions now special.
State vs. Michael Alan McFadden – defendant ordered to serve 120 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 9/20/24. Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant shall remain on active probation supervision for two years. End date 1/18/2034. All conditions now special.
State vs. Joseph Leon Dixon – 90 days in a probation detention center following all rules and regulations of the program. Upon release, he shall return to active probation supervision. Credit for time starts today.
Defendant is further ordered to obtain a substance abuse evaluation within two weeks of release and attend two AA meetings a week.
State vs. Meredith Nunn Josey – defendant ordered to enter and complete the Macon Day Reporting Center. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of program followed by any recommended treatment.
Upon completion, defendant shall remain on active probation supervision for two years. End date 1/28/2027. Credit for time served in jail since 10/15/24.
State vs. Tonya Elise Fountain – defendant ordered to credit for time served in Jones County jail since 10/18/24. Upon release, defendant shall enroll into mental health treatment within 10 days of release.
Defendant shall remain compliant with any recommended treatment or medication prescribed through treatment. Defendant shall remain on active supervision for the remainder of probation. End date 3/24/2026. All conditions now special.
State vs. Heather R. Bishop – defendant ordered to enter and complete the Macon Day Reporting Center. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of program followed by any recommended treatment.
Upon completion, defendant shall remain on active probation supervision for two years. End date 2/20/2027. Credit for time served in jail since 10/30/24.
State vs. Cynthia Denise Foley – defendant ordered to serve 120 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served from 11/14/24. Upon completion, she shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered. All conditions now special.
State vs. Travis Antawn Bishop – defendant ordered to remain in the Jones County jail until entry into a state probation detention center where he shall serve 120 days. He shall receive credit toward the detention center time from 11/14/24. Upon completion, he shall return to probation supervision as previously ordered. All conditions now special.
State vs. William Aaron Settle – defendant ordered to serve 20 days in the Jones County jail, receiving credit for time served since 10/23/24. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to active probation supervision. It is further ordered that the defendant not be placed on unsupervised for one year.
