PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Donald Neal Woodward – defendant ordered to enter and complete an outpatient substance abuse treatment program approved by the Department of Community Supervision within 14 days of his release. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision.
State vs. Robert Benjamin Howard – defendant ordered to serve 60 days in the Jones County jail receiving credit for time served. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision.
State vs. Jarodney Deon Marcus – defendant ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served.
He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. He shall return to probation as previously ordered.
State vs. Lonnie Brown – defendant given credit for time served in the Jones County jail since 12/11/24. Defendant must live at residence on file upon his release and any move must be approved by probation.
State vs. Kasey Marie Hutchinson – defendant shall be released with credit for time served and returned to probation as previously ordered.
