This contribution was made through Georgia legislation (O.C.G.A. § 48-7-29.25), which allows taxpayers to claim a tax credit for contributing to qualified law enforcement foundations. This program, known as the LESS Crime Act, is a vital tool for enhancing public safety efforts in our communities, and Exchange Bank is honored to participate in such an impactful initiative.
