State vs. Carolee Lachelle Kimbrough – one year for the offense of possession methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Tevin Collins – three years for the offense of possession cocaine. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Melissa Sharon Stinson-Foster – three years ct. 1: possession methamphetamine, 12 months ct. 2: defective windshield.
Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years. Sentence to be served on probation.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Zuri D. Steeger – credit for time served in the Jones County jail since 9/18/24. Upon release, defendant shall remain on active probation supervision for two years. End date 4/8/2029. All conditions now special.
State vs. Carolee Lachelle Kimbrough – defendant ordered to serve 60 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 1/6/25. Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant shall enter into and successfully complete the Macon Day Reporting Center followed by aftercare. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of program, followed by any recommended treatment.
