A 13-year-old lost her life crossing Eatonton Highway Saturday, despite all efforts by medical and rescue personnel.
Rylee Baird was pronounced deceased on the scene March 8 by Jones County Deputy Coroner Wayne Greer. The time of death was listed as 7:27 p.m. with the cause of death blunt force trauma from injuries received in the accident.
