A Jones County man is back in jail facing charges of kidnapping, false imprisonment and battery, the same charges for which he is serving probation.
Gary Van Yaughn, 38, was arrested April 8 and charged with kidnapping, false imprisonment, criminal trespass, simple battery family violence and five counts of possession firearm by convicted felon.
