PLEA
State vs. Jason Edward Franks – five years each cts. 1-2: entering auto, 12 months each cts. 3-4: theft by taking, cts. 5-6: two years for the lesser included offense of financial transaction card fraud. Count 2 to run consecutively to count 1, count 5 to run consecutively to count 2, and all other counts concurrently for a total of 12 years.
The first 180 days served in a probation detention center and the remainder to be served on probation. Time in the probation detention center begins 7/3/25.
State vs. Anthony Ray Walker – 15 months for the offense of battery. Credit for time served from 9/18/24 – 7/3/25.
State vs. Jeremy Alan Ferguson – 60 days for the offense of giving false information to a law enforcement officer. Credit for time served from 4/11/25.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Anthony Ray Walker – defendant is ordered to serve 15 months. Release at the discretion of the sheriff. Credit for time served. Return to regular supervision upon release.
State vs. Christie Lynn Parks – balance of case revoked to be served at the Jones County jail.
State vs. Tonya Elise Fountain – defendant ordered to serve 180 days in the Jones County jail. She will be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, the balance on probation shall be terminated.
End date 3/24/2026.
State vs. Milton Gray – defendant shall receive credit of time served since 4/15/25. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff.
Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. Two cases, same resolution.
State vs. Samantha Dawn Duthill – defendant ordered to serve 173 days in a probation detention center. The defendant shall follow all rules and regulations at the probation detention center. Defendant shall remain on active probation until otherwise ordered by the court. End date 7/14/2027. All conditions now special.
State vs. Terry Evans Aultman – defendant ordered to serve 73 days in the probation detention center. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of the center. Upon release from the detention center, the defendant shall pay $800 in restitution. If not paid, violation of probation shall be ordered. Defendant shall return to regular probation supervision. Sentence end 8//25/2031.
State vs. Jason Edward Frank – defendant adjudicated guilty and re-sentenced to 12 years probation with credit for time already served on probation of the first offender sentence and includes any monies paid. Defendant is ordered to remain in the Jones County jail until entry into a state probation detention center where he shall serve 180 days. He shall receive credit toward detention center time from 7/3/25. Upon completion, he shall return to probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. Leamon Smith Jr. – defendant ordered to serve 18 months in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since April 14, 2024. He shall be released at the sheriff’s discretion. Upon release, the defendant shall return to regular probation supervision. All conditions now special.
State vs. Dayne Gary Billie – defendant ordered to serve 180 days in a probation detention center. He shall follow all rules and regulations of the program.
Defendant shall remain on active probation supervision until otherwise ordered by the court. Credit for time served begins 7/3/25.
State vs. Chandris Ryyannt Harris – defendant ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served, release at the discretion of the sheriff.
Upon release, defendant shall enroll in and complete the Matrix Program. He shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. Adam Harlen Sindell – defendant ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served in jail. Upon completion, he shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. William Aaron Johnson – balance of case revoked to be served in confinement at the Jones County jail.
State vs. Robert Alan Watts – defendant is ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served in jail. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. He shall return to probation supervision and complete the Matrix Program with the Georgia Department of Community Supervision.
State vs. Treveon M. Myrick – defendant is ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served in jail. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. He shall return to probation supervision as previously ordered.
