PLEAS
State vs. Areon D. Outlaw – 20 years for the offense of voluntary manslaughter.
Sentence to be served on probation, credit for time served and all monies previously paid on this sentence.
State vs. Dequarious Lockett – 100 days for the offense of criminal trespass. Credit for time served from 4/11/25.
State vs. Joseph Cole Kitchens – 12 months each ct. 3: reckless driving and ct. 4: fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.
Counts to run concurrently for a total of 12 months with the first 30 days served in confinement. Credit for time served from 6/15/25.
State vs. Zakerius Quatrell Gresham – 50 days for the offense of forgery in fourth degree.
Credit for time served from 5/29/25.
State vs. Louis Juantrorena Moss – three years for the offense of possession marijuana more than an ounce. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 5/24/25.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Melissa Sharon Stinson-Foster – defendant shall be released with credit for time served and returned to probation as previously ordered. She shall return to probation supervision and complete the Matrix Program with the Georgia Department of Community Supervision.
State vs. Areon D. Outlaw – defendant adjudged guilty and resentenced to serve 20 years probation with credit for time already served and all money paid. He shall be released at the sheriff’s discretion. Upon release, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision.
