State vs. Xavierious Marquess Flowers – 12 months for the offense of driving while license suspended. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 7/2/25.
State vs. Kassim Carlyle Johnson – 12 months for the offense of criminal trespass.
Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 7/6/25.
State vs. Rebecca Elizabeth Dollar – 12 months each ct. 1: criminal trespass, ct. 2: theft by taking. Counts to run consecutively for a total of 24 months. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 7/6/25.
State vs. Maurice Sharod Turner – 12 months for the offense of possession cocaine.
Sentence to be served in the Jones County jail. Credit for time served from 4/29/25.
State vs. Michael Alan Jones – two years for the offense of possession methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 7/5/25 – 7/17/25.
State vs. Tyler Neal Murphy – 10 years each ct.
1: possession of firearm by first offender probationer, ct. 2: theft by receiving stolen property. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 10 years with the first 24 months served in the Jones County jail. Credit for time served from 5/2/25 – 7/17/25.
State vs. Gabriel Shaw – five years for the offense of entering an automobile.

State vs. Gregory Janeway – three years for the offense of terroristic threats. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 6/11/25 – 7/17/25.
State vs. Edward Jerome Broadus Jr. – five years for the offense of influencing a witness with the first year served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 4/2/25 – 7/17/25.
State vs. Edward Jerome Broadus Jr. – 10 years for the offense of forgery in the first degree with the first year served in confinement.
The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 4/2/25 – 7/16/25. Sentence to run concurrently with any existing sentences.
State vs. April Marie Ryle – three years for the offense of theft by taking. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 5/2/25.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Robert Corey Tanner – defendant ordered to serve 180 days in probation detention center following all rules and regulations. Credit for time starts 7/17/25. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision and shall be required to re-enroll in sex offender treatment program approved by the Georgia Department of Community Supervision.
State vs. Darien Donte Allen – defendant ordered to remain in Jones County jail until entry into a state probation detention center where he shall serve 173 days. He shall receive credit toward the detention center time from 7/17/25. Upon completion, he shall return to probation supervision as originally ordered.
State vs. Anthony Albert Lattimore – defendant ordered to serve 12 months in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 4/9/25. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision (2 cases, same resolution).
State vs. April Alyse Hill – defendant ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served in jail. Upon completion, she shall return to probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. Maurice Sharod Turner – defendant shall serve 12 months in the Jones County jail. He shall be released at the sheriff’s discretion. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision.
State vs. Richie Glover – defendant ordered to serve 120 days in the Jones County jail. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant ordered to enter and complete the Macon Day Reporting Program following all rules and regulations of the program. He shall attend two NA/AA meetings a week. The defendant is to return to regular probation supervision. Sentence end date 8/18/27. All conditions now special.
State vs. Matthew David Bass – defendant shall receive credit for time served from 7/8/25. He shall be released at the sheriff’s discretion. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. He shall also enter in and complete the Macon DRC program, following all rules and regulations and any aftercare recommendations.

State vs. Jaquez Deshun Brown – defendant shall serve 150 days in the Jones County jail. Credit for time served since 4/15/25. He shall be released at the sheriff’s discretion.
Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. He shall also enter in and complete the DRC program, following all rules and regulations of the program.
State vs. Danny Ray Kitchens Jr. – defendant released with credit for time served and returned to probation as previously ordered.
State vs. Joshua Adam Ward – defendant shall serve 60 days in the Jones County jail. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision.
