State vs. Norissa Jordan Reeves – six months each ct. 5: lesser included offense of possession marijuana less than ounce, ct. 6: open container, ct. 7: underage possession of alcohol. Counts to run concurrently for a total of six months. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 10/12/24 – 10/12/24.
State vs. Alyssa Nicole Ramsey – five years ct.
1: obstruction of officer, 12 months ct. 3: DUI. Counts to run concurrently for a total of five years with the first 24 hours to be served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 6/21/25.
State vs. Ben Curtis McCall Jr. – three years for the offense of possession of cocaine.
Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for times served 7/8/25 – 9/11/25.
State vs. Benjamin H. Boutwell – two years for the offense of possession methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 8/21/25 – 9/10/25.
State vs. Ashley Jean Evans – three years for the offense of possession methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 2/10/25 and 9/3/25 – 9/11/25.
State vs. John Merrill Beck – 12 months for the offense of battery family violence.
Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 2/5/25 and 7/17/25.
State vs. Kimberly Ann Carter – six months for the offense of giving false information to law enforcement officer. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 4/18/25 – 5/1/25.
State vs. Alyssa Dawn Kimble – six months for the offense of underage possession of alcohol. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 4/15/25 – 4/15/25.
State vs. Jamal Jefferies – 12 months each ct.
1: lesser included offense of battery family violence and ct. 2: battery family violence.
Counts to run consecutively for a total of 24 months. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 2/15/25 – 2/18/25.
State vs. Richard Earl Moore – six months each ct. 1: lesser included offense of terroristic threats misdemeanor, ct. 2: criminal trespass family violence. Counts to run concurrently for a total of six months.
Credit for time served 1/12/25 – 1/13/25.
State vs. Emanuel Sanford – 12 months for the lesser included offense of fleeing or attempting to elude misdemeanor with the first 30 days served in confinement.
The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 2/11/25 – 2/11/25.
State vs. Eva Marie Massey – 30 days for the lesser included offense of battery. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 4/6/25 – 4/14/25.
State vs. Caitlyn Haralson – 12 months for the offense of possession of drug related objects. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 3/15/25 – 3/17/25.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Melissa Sharon Stinson-Foster – defendant ordered to complete the Macon Day Reporting Center program to include any aftercare required by program. She shall abide by all rules of the program.
Upon completion, she shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. Johnathan Michael Jones – defendant ordered to enter and successfully complete the Promise of Hope inpatient treatment program for 12 months. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of program followed by any recommended treatment. Defendant shall remain in the Bibb County jail until entry into program. Upon completion, defendant shall return to probation as originally ordered. End date 6/3/27.
State vs. James Ray Collier – defendant ordered to enter and successfully complete the Christian Recovery inpatient treatment program for 12 months. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of program followed by any recommended treatment. Defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until entry into program. Upon completion, defendant shall return to probation as originally ordered. Defendant shall remain on active supervision for the duration of his sentence. End date 5/25/28. State vs. Samuel King – defendant ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 8/19/25.
He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision.
State vs. Richard Darnell Grimes – defendant ordered to credit for time already served in jail. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. He shall return to probation supervision as previously ordered (two cases, same resolution). Defendant not required to complete his GED.
State vs. Aaron Scott Keough – defendant shall receive credit for time served since 9/2/25. He shall be released at the sheriff’s discretion. Upon release, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision.
Sentence end date 7/1/32.
State vs. Michael David Smith – defendant ordered to serve 60 days in the Jones County jail. He shall be released at the sheriff’s discretion. Upon release, defendant ordered to enter and complete the Macon Day Reporting program following all rules and regulation of program. Defendant shall return to regular probation supervision. Sentence end date 10/14/29. Credit for time served in custody. State vs. Aaliyah Marie Rushin – defendant shall receive credit for time served since 8/31/25. She shall be released at the sheriff’s discretion. Upon release, defendant shall receive a mental health assessment and comply with any recommended treatment, including any prescribed medication. Defendant shall return to regular probation supervision.
Sentence end date 8/16/30.
