Holding the opposition to just one offensive touchdown, Clifton Ridge rolled over ACE Charter last Wednesday, winning 24-12 at Greyhound Field. The Cougars held the Gryphons’ offense scoreless until the game’s closing minutes after a second-half scoring burst put the game away.
Clifton Ridge plays next Wednesday at Lamar County with Gray Station hosting Putnam County.
