Robert T. Davis is the local veteran of the week. He served in the U.S. Army from October 1966 - October 1968. After his basic training at Fort Benning, he was stationed at Fort Jackson, S.C. After leaving South Carolina, he was sent to Korea, where he was promoted to specialist 4.
