Women’s Day Worship
Salem AME Church, 115 Holloman Road, will be having a Women’s Day Worship Service on Sunday, March 26, at 2:00 p.m. The guest preacher will be Presiding Elder Kimberly McMichael.
Sunrise Service
There will be a Sonrise Service at Round Oak Ancestor’s Memory Park on Sunday, April 9 at 6:45 a.m., led by Pastor Darrell Burns.
Come and join us in praise to Jesus Christ. Easter Service at Sunshine Church is at 9:45 a.m.

Miriam Ethridge Pilot Club Scholarship
Applications for the Miriam Ethridge Pilot Club of Jones County Scholarships are currently being accepted.
Two $1,500 scholarships will be offered for the 2022-2023 school year. Applications for the scholarships are available to any high school senior who is a resident of Jones County.
Application forms may be obtained from the Counselor’s office at Jones County High School, or any of the following locations in Gray: Jones County Public Library, Ace Hardware, Exchange Bank, Magnolia Bank, Morris Bank and Cadence Bank.
The deadline for receiving applications is April 15, 2023.

Morton Johnson Scholarship
Students interested in applying for the Morton Johnson Scholarship for the 2023-2024 school year may pick up an application at the Jones County High School Counselor’s office or email: darscholarship@windstream.net. Velma McFadden Food Bank
Velma McFadden Missionary Food Bank will be at Greater Jordan Chapel, 1415 Highway 22 East, Haddock, on the following schedule each month: First Saturday, 10:00-11:30 a.m.
Third Thursday, 10:00-11:30 a.m.
Mobile Food Truck Distribution Fourth Wednesday, 11 a.m. until all is gone.
