Head Start Recruitment

The MGCAA Head Start Program will host a recruitment Feb.

12, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Nissie’s Grub Restaurant, 112 Main St., McIntyre, GA 31054.

They will be taking enrollment applications for children ages 3-5, providing information packets on the program and available job opportunities. Free goody bags.

Salem AME Church

Salem AME Church, 115 Holloman Rd., will be having its Annual Son’s of Allen Men’s Day Program on Sunday, Feb. 25, at 2 p.m. The guest preacher will be the Rev.

Mark Pierson of St. Luke AME Church, Forsyth.

CASA Volunteer Training

Ocmulgee Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) will hold a new volunteer training every Monday and Wednesday, January 29 - March 6, from 1-4 p.m. at the Putnam County Administration Building, 117 Putnam Drive in Eatonton.
