Justin Kelly, Dairy Queen owner and manager (pictured below), was the Grand Marshall of the 2022 Gray Jaycees Christmas Parade. The lighted parade took place Dec. 13, with chilly temperatures but rain holding off. The theme of this year’s parade was a bit different being “The Nightmare Before Christmas,” which brought out the Grinch on several floats....
