Corporal Carr was monitoring traffic on Gray Hwy. when he ran a GA tag on a vehicle in front of him to check for valid insurance and registration. The in-car computer alerted that the vehicle had no active insurance. Carr activated his blue lights and conducted a traffic stop at this time.
