Two auto thefts 10 months apart were almost identical including the crime, the offender and even several of the law enforcement officers involved.
Neremiah Terrell Johnson, 18, was arrested Nov. 28 and charged with fleeing or attempting to elude officers, obstruction of law enforcement officers, unlicensed driver, and additional traffic offenses in addition to the auto theft.
