PLEAS

State vs. Wilmer Cornell – five years for the offense of Violation of Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. Defendant to receive credit for time served in custody from 9/1/18.

State vs. Michael Thomas Day – 20 years for the offense of sexual exploitation of children. The first 19 years to serve in confinement and the remainder to be served on probation.

State vs. Patricia Marie Ducat – three years for the offense of theft by taking (felony). Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Richard Elbert Price – five years for the offense of possession marijuana more than an ounce. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Helen Strutchn Dennard – three years for the offense of possession of scheduled two controlled substance. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Dean Watson Walker – 15 years ct. 1: sale of methamphetamine, three years ct. 2: possession of methamphetamine. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 15 years with the first five years served in confinement. Credit for time served from 1/26/22. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS

State vs. Zuri D. Steger – defendant is ordered to serve 180 days, in the Jones County jail, with credit for time already served. Defendant is to be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant is to return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.

State vs. Casey Ramone Youngblood – defendant is ordered to credit for time served in jail. Defendant to be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Two cases, same resolution.

State vs. Robert Alan Watts – defendant ordered to serve 60 days in the Jones County jail. Upon release, defendant shall return to regular active probation supervision as originally ordered. End Date 2/15/2031. The defendant shall be given credit for time served and shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff.

State vs. Lisa Pelt Lang – defendant ordered to enter into and complete the Macon Day Reporting Center, followed by any aftercare. Defendant to be given credit for time served and released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant is to return to regular probation supervision.

State vs. Tyler Ahmaud Williams – defendant is ordered to serve 60 days in the Jones County jail. Upon release, defendant shall return to active probation supervision as originally ordered. End date 9/2/2024. The defendant shall also be ordered to complete a substance abuse assessment and comply with all treatment recommended. Defendant shall be given credit for time served and shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff.

State vs. Michelle Leigh Fussell – defendant is ordered to serve 60 days in the Jones County jail. Upon release, defendant shall return to regular active probation supervision as originally ordered. Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. End date 8/22/2024.

State vs. Kelly Edward Cleary Jr. – balance of sentence revoked to the Georgia Department of Corrections, suspended upon entry into a long-term in-patient substance abuse treatment program that is approved by DCS, where he will remain for a minimum of one year following all rules and regulations of the center. He shall complete all aftercare of the program. Upon completion, return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered. All conditions now special.

State vs. Leesa Elaine Collier – defendant is ordered to enter into and successfully complete the Macon Day Reporting Center, followed by aftercare. Defendant to be given credit for time served and released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon completion, defendant is to return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.

State vs. Neva Ann Groves – defendant is ordered to enter into and successfully complete Matrix Class as ordered by the community supervision officer. Defendant is ordered to follow all rules and regulations of the class. Defendant is to be given credit for time served and released at the discretion of the sheriff.

State vs. Rodreques Jamell Wiggins – defendant ordered to serve 120 days in the Jones County jail. Credit for time served from 6/9/22 and to be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon completion, the defendant shall return to regular probation supervision and remain on active supervision for the remainder of this case.
