This year’s Veterans Appreciation Day once again enjoyed beautiful weather and paid tribute to all who served in any branch of the U.S. Military. Interviews of local veterans replaced a keynote speaker, and at the conclusion of the program, wreaths were laid at the Jones County Veterans Memorial located in front of the courthouse.
