Council introduces ordinances related to breweries

The City of Gray’s February meeting began with a gift to help keep Gray Police officers safe. The Feb. 5 meeting was called to order by Mayor Ed Barbee.

Citizens turn out en masse to address BOC

Jones County Commissioners heard concerns of residents for more than an hour during their first meeting in February following a meeting agenda that contained two topics that brought out a crowd that filled the room and the hallway. Chairman Chris Weidner called the Feb.

Gray Station hosts 7th grade Sneaker Ball

Gray Station Middle School hosted their seventh grade Sneaker Ball on Feb. 2, giving students a chance to relax and enjoy an evening at school dancing with friends and making memories. Meredith Barnwell, PEC teacher at Gray Station Middle School, said she was excited for the Sneaker Ball.
