Former Bibb deputy pleads guilty to incest

It took a second attempt for a negotiated plea to be accepted by Jones County Superior Court Judge Stephen Bradley, but former Bibb County Police Officer Michael Scott Dourough did enter his guilty plea to three counts of incest this afternoon.
