Jones County went on the road Tuesday and toppled defending state champion Creekside 48-34, advancing to Saturday’s AAAA semifinals.
JCHS will play Kell at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Akins Arena in Downtown Athens.
The Lady Hounds staged a defensive clinic against Creekside, holding the opposition to single digits on each of the final three quarters.
