Keep Jones Beautiful wants to thank all those involved in the continued success of the Great American Clean-Up. With the support of our commissioners and the strength of our 135 volunteers, Jones County remains a staple of community and pride. We collected 1,100 used tires to recycle, 3,100 pounds of shred, 1,000 pounds of electronics to recycle, and 16,905 pounds of trash!
Also, a huge congratulations to Wendy Vaughn for winning this year’s District Cleanup. The group award for picking up the most bags of trash was awarded to the Jones County Greenhounds.
