PLEAS

State vs. Marquis Jarvis Napier – three years for the offense of entering an automobile. Defendant is to receive credit for time served from 4/19/22.

State vs. Desma Melaine Campbell – 30 days for the offense of disorderly conduct.

State vs. Jason Earl Ray – 30 years ct. 1: trafficking methamphetamine or amphetamine, five years ct. 2: possession firearm during the commission of a felony, five years ct. 3: possession firearm by convicted felon. Counts 2 and 3 to run consecutively to count 1 for a total of 35 years with the first 15 years served in confinement. The reminder of sentence may be served on probation.

State vs. Jitavius Tavoucia Whipple – 12 months each ct. 7: affray and ct. 9: disrupting public school. Counts to run consecutively for a total of 24 months with the first 30 days served in confinement. The remainder of sentence may be served on probation.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS

State vs. Alfred Allan Jones – defendant is ordered to serve 24 months in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon completion, he shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered and remain on active probation supervision for at least two years.

State vs. Cierra Paige Hall – defendant is ordered to time already served in jail. She is to be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon released, she shall enter and complete the Macon Day Reporting Center Program to include any aftercare required by the program. Upon completion, she shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered. She shall remain on active supervision for the remainder of this case.
