Deputy Kile was conducting traffic enforcement on GA HWY. 57 when he observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed. Kile activated his Raptor Radar and 78 mph appeared. Kile observed the vehicle appear to speed up, so he activated his blue lights to conduct a traffic stop. As Kile was catching up to the vehicle, he noticed the vehicle brake hard and turn right into a residential driveway, but the driver continued down a long driveway not stopping or yielding to Kile’s blue lights. Finally, the vehicle came within 15 feet of the residence and stopped. As Kile approached the driver’s side, he could see the driver moving around in the vehicle. Kile drew his service weapon and ordered the driver to show his hands, with no response from the driver. Kile requested an additional unit at this time. Kile ordered the driver to show his hands several more times. The driver stated he was trying to get dressed and would put his hands out the window and then pull them back in again. Kile observed the side door of the residence open, and a male subject later identified as the driver’s father came out and told his son to comply with the deputy. The driver finally exited the vehicle through the driver’s side window wearing nothing but a t-shirt and underwear and appeared to be extremely nervous. Kile asked the driver if there was anything illegal in the vehicle and the driver replied no. When Kile asked for the driver’s license, he was advised it was in the center console of the vehicle and the offender gave Kile permission to retrieve them. Kile also asked the driver if it would be OK to conduct a search of the vehicle and the offender advised it would be OK to do so. Deputy Dennis arrived on scene and advised Kile the offender has warrants for a probation violation. During the search of the vehicle, Kile located a small plastic bag with pills in it. Kile also observed a pink thong pair of underwear on the driver’s side floor, several sets of high heel shoes and women’s clothing. The offender advised Dennis that he likes wearing women’s clothing.
