Boujee Bink Boutique, a new baby and women’s clothing shop, has opened up in Gray, giving women more options to buy budget friendly stylish clothing. The new boutique’s ribbon cutting with the Gray/ Jones County Chamber of Commerce was Aug. 18.

The shop is located at 4120 Gray Highway, suite 100, at the bottom of RM Studios. The boutique is open Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Masie Bryant, the owner of Boujee Bink Boutique, said she recently moved to Milledgeville, but she’s from Jones County. The move to Milledgeville to be closer to her mother, but she said she still loves Jones County.

“I like that everything is easy to get to in Jones County, and that everyone seems to know each other,” she said. “I grew up here, so I feel comfortable here. Knowing people where you have a business is important.”

Bryant said she opened up her new business online back in March. She said this is the first time she’s ever owned a boutique, and she was excited for the ribbon cutting ceremony.

“My boutique is called Boujee Bink Boutique, and I sell things like baby clothing that go to about a 5T in size. I also sell women’s clothing, and that goes to a 3XL. I wanted to open my own boutique, because I spend too much money on myself and on baby clothing,” the owner said. “You shouldn’t have to spend so much to look nice.”

Bryant said she enjoys shopping for other people, and the boutique helps her help others find fashionable clothing. She said not everyone knows what they want, so she steps in to help them find the perfect outfit.

“This boutique gives women a different option than what’s available here, so that’s why my shop is important for Jones County. My boutique can help women come out of their comfort zone. My pieces aren’t always something you can find at other stores and boutiques. The clothing here is a little extra,” she said.

The boutique owner said the baby clothing is even more extra, having items with frills and lots of big hair bows. She said she enjoys making women feel more confident in what they wear through Boujee Bink Boutique.

She said her clothing is modest. She said she sells pants, blouses, dresses, jewelry, tumblers, belts, bags, and more. She said she sells items that make women feel good about themselves at a reasonable price.

“People should shop here, because this is a judgment free zone. I want women to feel comfortable when they shop here,” Bryant said. “I want the shopping experience to be positive, where they leave feeling good about themselves.”
