A vehicle stolen from New York was recovered in Jones County last week with the assistance of the new Flock camera system.
Chloe Ann Glen, 32, of Syracuse, New York, was arrested June 29 and charged with theft by receiving stolen property felony, suspended or revoked license and marijuana possession less than an ounce.
