Coby James Cromer, 19, of Gray, GA, went to be with his Lord and Savior early Saturday morning, Jan. 7, 2023. Visitation was held Tuesday, Jan.
10, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Hart’s Mortuary, Jones County Chapel. A memorial service followed at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 804 Cherry St. Ste A, Macon, GA 31201.
Coby James was from Jones County and had a deep love for hunting, fishing, racing, and especially the Georgia Bulldogs.
Coby James is survived by his parents, Dixie and Lee Curtis, and James Cromer; sister, Whitney Newman (Levi); brother, Will Butler (Kathleen); and sister, Ragan Curtis; nieces and nephews, Charlotte, Charlee, and Jackson; grandmother and grandfather, Barbara and Herman Sauls; and several aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, Nancy James (LoRoller) Whitten and Donald Cromer.
