Joshua Dale Bradley, age 39, of Jones County, Georgia, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 13, 2025. Born on December 23, 1985, in Macon, Georgia, Joshua lived a life marked by laughter, love, and an unwavering dedication to his family and friends.
A memorial service to honor Joshua’s life was held on Sunday, May 18, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at Bradley Baptist Church, located at 821 Monticello Highway in Gray, Georgia. Rev. Steve Johnson officiated.
Joshua was a proud and active member of Bradley Baptist Church.
Known for his quick wit, generous heart, and endless talents, he was the kind of person who could fix anything, lighten any mood, and offer a helping hand without hesitation.
Whether he was casting a line at his favorite fishing spot, enjoying a day in the woods hunting, or simply spending time with his loved ones, Joshua appreciated every moment life had to offer. He laughed often, loved deeply, and inspired those around him with his genuine joy and steadfast devotion.
He is survived by his loving wife, Casey Bradley; his children, Braxton Bradley, Aleeah Reed, Briley Jones, and John David Bradley; and his beloved grandparents, Patsy and Richard Zonders (“Granny and Pop”). Joshua also leaves behind his aunt Tammy and uncle Shannon Clance; and a large and loving extended family: Hunter Clance, Brock Clance, Erik Clance, Tristan, Kason, Layla, Raegan, Kynlie, Marcus and Jamie Chapman, Geneva Criswell, Mandy Jones, and Joe Horne. He will also be missed by his faithful pets, Tank and Emma.
Joshua was preceded in death by his parents, Ricky Bradley and Arlette Dowdy Wheeler.
