Mary Carolyn Tyner Holder passed away Sunday morning, Feb. 5, 2023, surrounded by her loving family at Atrium Navicent Health. Services for Mary will be held at a later date for family and friends.
Born on Jan. 18, 1945, in Savannah, Georgia to the late Benjamin Franklin Tyner and Mary Jo Lipford. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Larry Clyde Holder.
She worked also in Atlanta for many years in the banking industry and Signa Insurance company. Mary was a passionate Nascar fan, avid reader, enjoyed good food especially her chocolate milk shakes and egg rolls, but most of all Mary loved her family and was a devoted mother and grandmother.
Her memory will be cherished by her daughters; Dana Jan. 18, 1945 - Feb. 5, 2023
Thompson (Chris), Kim Holder (Crystal) and Renee Barron (J.Y.), nine grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
