Mollie Annette McInvale, age 75, passed away peacefully on March 28, 2024, in Macon, Georgia. She was born on January 25, 1949, in Jones County, Georgia, to the late Jessie Ray McInvale and Myrtle Batchelor McInvale.
Mollie was a vibrant and loving individual who had a deep passion for music, movies, flowers, and plants. She found solace and joy in working with the earth, feeling close to nature through her hands in the dirt. Her love for the outdoors and her green thumb were evident to all who knew her.
She graduated from Jones County High School in 1967 and went on to work many years in the service industry.
Mollie was a dedicated and hardworking individual who always gave her best in all that she did.
She is survived by her beloved daughter, Lara Nowell Sims (Angela Alger); and sister Paige Batchelor Clark; and a host of other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly. She is preceded in death by her beloved brother Paul Goodson.
Mollie was a member of Elam Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Mollie’s memory.
Mollie will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her memory will forever be cherished in the hearts of her family and friends.
