Patricia Hager Dumas, 88, of Gray, passed away Sunday, January 29, 2023. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 1, 2023, at Hillsboro Baptist Church with The Reverend Len Woodard officiating.
Burial followed at the Dumas family Cemetery.
The family greeted friends Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Hart’s, Jones County Chapel. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hillsboro Baptist Church, 2326 GA Highway 11 S, Hillsboro, GA 31038.
Mrs. Dumas was born in Charleroi, Pennsylvania to the late Richard and Eliza Hager. She was a member of Hillsboro Baptist Church. She retired from Cherokee Products Company. Mrs. Dumas was predeceased by her husband, William “Bill” Jan. 29, 2023
Dumas; and her grandson, Rusty Crumbley.
Mrs. Dumas is survived by her children, Dawna Miller (Jerry) of Gray, Kenneth Neil (Melinda) of Gray, Lynda Winslette (Greg) of Gray, and Jimmy Dumas (Sally) of Bonaire, Georgia; stepdaughters, Deborah Manning (Randy) and Kimberly Little (Buddy), both of Danville, Georgia; eleven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and her sister, Donna Hamscher (Ronnie) of Emmaus, Pennsylvania.
