Robert Grady “Bobby” Clarke, Jr., age 71, of Jones County, Georgia, went home to Heaven on Thursday, January 16, 2025, surrounded by his loving family at his home.

Born on August 12, 1953, in Macon, Georgia, Bobby lived a life filled with love, dedication, and pride in his work and family.

A man of many passions, Bobby loved riding his Harley motorcycle and found great joy in the peace and beauty of the mountains. A hard-working and dedicated professional, he spent over 40 years with Tower Erectors, where he rose to the position of foreman. Bobby took immense pride in his work, constructing towers across the southeastern United States, leaving a legacy of excellence and commitment.

At home, Bobby’s love for gardening and working in his yard reflected his devotion to creating a welcoming space for his family and friends. He took meticulous care of his home, ensuring it was a place of comfort and beauty. His generosity, love, and pride in all he did were evident to everyone who knew him. Above all, family was the cornerstone of Bobby’s life. He cherished every moment spent with his loved ones and was a devoted husband, father, brother, and friend.

Bobby is survived by his beloved wife of 27 years, Pam Clarke; his children, Zach Harrison and Tyler Harrison; his sister, Delilah “Dee” (John) Baker; and his parentsin- law, Don and Loretta Woodward. He will also be sorely missed by many friends and relatives who were touched by his kindness and unwavering support. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Ann Clarke, and his brother, Michael Clarke.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Gray Memorial Chapel and Crematory, 4378 Gray Highway, Gray, Georgia 31032.

Following the visitation, a Celebration of Life Memorial Service will take place at 2:00 p.m., officiated by Rev. Dwayne Outlaw.

Gray Memorial Chapel is honored to be entrusted with the care of the Clarke family.
