MIDDLE SCHOOL SOFTBALL
Clifton Ridge and Gray Station matched up on the large stage last Wednesday in softball, taking on one another at the JCHS softball field as CRMS prevailed in a 3-2 win.
Last week was the first of two meetings between the teams, who also play Sept. 17. Gray Station returns to play this Thursday at home against Jasper County before hosting Monroe County on Tuesday and going to Pike County next Thursday. Clifton Ridge hosts Putnam County Thursday before road games next week at Jasper County and Monroe County on Tuesday and Thursday.
