FOOTBALL CAMP
The Greyhounds football program kicked off the unofficial JCHS sports camp season last week, hosting their annual youth football camp over a span of three days. The camp divided participants down into three groups, allowing campers to work on football skills, fundamentals as well as other fun athletic activities. One day even provided an unexpected trip indoors, with the activity shifting inside the JCHS Gymnasium due to weather.
Campers got up-close interaction from some Greyhounds players, including a passing drill led by the JCHS quarterbacks.
The session was also led by Jones County’s assistant coaches, laying out an opportunity for Greyhounds of tomorrow to get to know many coaches that are new to the Greyhounds program.
