The Greyhound Air Rifle Team “Rangers” finished the playoffs with a one-point loss to the Allatoona High School Air Rifle team in the semi-finals. The final score was Allatoona 1,113 and Jones 1,112.

Most meets during track and field season end up being contested during daylight hours. Jones County’s distance runners were part of an outlier to that last week, shining under the bright lights of the Friday Night Lights at Starr’s Mill event.
