Man charged with aggravated assault against peace officer

A disregard for the safety of a law enforcement officer resulted in the arrest of a Macon man on felony charges.

James David Miller, 40, was arrested Nov. 3 and is currently in custody of the Jones County Sheriff’s Office, facing the charge of aggravated assault against a peace officer.
