I am praying for you.
I may not know you but I’m praying for you. I’m praying for your salvation in Jesus.
I’m praying for your walk with Jesus, that you grow in Him as a believer. I’m praying for the Spirit to do His work of grace in all the communities of Jones County.
I’m praying for Revival. Revival is for those of us who are already saved, born again, alive in Christ.
Sometimes as believers, we can grow lethargic in our Christian lives.
Maybe even bored. Just as with anything else when the new wears off, it becomes routine and stale. So it can go with salvation. We need a fresh anointing of oil, as the psalmist says in Ps 92:10, a fresh touch of God’s Spirit to revive our souls and love for Jesus.
I’m praying for Awakening. Those dead outside of Christ, the unsaved, can’t be revived. They’re spiritually dead.
They need to be awakened to life in Jesus by being born again through faith in Him. No good works or religious rituals can awaken a dead person.
Only Jesus can, and I’m praying that He will awaken those spiritually dead in their sins here in Jones County to life in Him.
