State vs. Tanya Denise Harper – three years for the offense of possession methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 2/28/25 – 2/28/25.
State vs. Heather Elizabeth Mallory – three years for the offense of possession of methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 3/28/25 – 4/13/25.
State vs. Christopher Jaime Dismukes – one year for the offense of possession methamphetamine. Credit for time served from 11/20/23 – 11/21/2023.
State vs. Ryan B. Clements – seven years for the offense of possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 1/24/25 – 3/24/25.
State vs. Walter Joe Daniels – three years ct. 1: possession cocaine, 30 days ct. 2: fleeing or attempting to elude police officer. Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years with the first 30 days served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 2/19/25 – 3/21/25.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Christopher Ryan Yates – defendant ordered to remain in Jones County jail until entry into a state probation detention center where he will serve 180 days. He shall receive credit toward detention time from 5/15/25. Upon completion, he shall return to probation supervision as previously ordered. All conditions now special.
State vs. Jesse Hastings Lee – defendant ordered to serve 120 to 150 days in the probation detention center and shall remain in the Jones County jail until entry into program. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of program and the PDC time begins 5/15/25. Upon release, defendant shall remain on active probation supervision until otherwise ordered by the court. End date 7/25/2034. All conditions now special.
State vs. Thomas Earl Buchanan – defendant shall be released with credit for time served and return to probation as previously ordered. He shall return to probation supervision and complete the Matrix Program with the Georgia Department of Community Supervision. Furthermore, the defendant cannot have any contact with victim. All conditions now special.
State vs. Devin Bryce Newman – defendant ordered to serve 180 days in the probation detention center and shall remain in the Jones County jail until entry into program.
Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of the program and PDC time begins 5/15/25. Upon release, defendant shall remain on active probation supervision until otherwise ordered by the court. End date: 3/5/2027. All conditions now special.
State vs. Devin Bryce Newman – defendant ordered to serve 180 days in the probation detention center and shall remain in the Jones County jail until entry into said program. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of program, and PDC time begins 5/15/25. Upon release, defendant shall remain on active probation until otherwise ordered by the court. End date: 8/6/2026. All conditions now special.
State vs. Atravius Ahmon Duncan – remainder of defendant’s probation balance shall be revoked to the Jones County jail. End date: 8/9/2025.
State vs. DJ Charles Roland – two years of this case are revoked and served in the Jones County jail. Upon completion, he shall return to probation supervision as previously ordered. All conditions now special.
State vs. Donald Neal Woodward – defendant ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 4/29/25. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. Defendant shall also be required to re-enroll and complete the Matrix program, following all rules and regulation of the program.
State vs. Keyhon Lavern Allen – defendant ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 4/30/25 and released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant shall remain on active probation supervision until otherwise ordered by the court. All conditions now special.
State vs. Michael Lance Fowler – defendant ordered to serve one year in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 4/16/24 and shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant shall enroll into the FVIP, and complete a mental health and a substance abuse evaluation within 30 days of his release. Upon release, defendant shall remain on active probation supervision until otherwise ordered by the court. End date 12/12/2035. All conditions now special.
State vs. Travis Dean Bell – defendant shall serve 30 days in the Jones County jail. He shall be released at the sheriff’s discretion.
Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. He shall also enter in and complete the Matrix program, following all rules and regulation of said program.
State vs. James Franklin Hester III – one year of this case if revoked to the Jones County jail.
Upon completion, the remainder of the case shall terminate.
State vs. Thomas Lance Kitchens – defendant ordered to serve 180 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 4/8/25 and shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant shall remain on active probation supervision until otherwise ordered by the court. End date: 7/17/2030. All conditions now special.
