PLEAS
State vs. Kasey Rodney Soles – 12 months each ct. 1: battery family violence, ct. 3: cruelty to children in third degree. Counts to run consecutively for a total of 24 months.
Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 5/3/25 – 5/6/25.
State vs. Jason Wales Smith – three years for the offense of possession methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 9/10/25 – 10/16/25.
State vs. Jason Randall Dunn – three years for the offense of theft by taking. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 5/2/25.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Austin Ryan Walker – defendant ordered to credit for time served.
He shall be released at the sheriff’s discretion. Furthermore, he shall enter and complete the We Are Living Proof treatment facility and follow all rules and regulations of program. He must report to the facility within 24 hours of release.
Upon completion, he shall return to probation supervision and remain of active supervision for the remainder of sentence.
State vs. James Gregory Potts – defendant’s balance shall be revoked to state penal system. Sentence end date 5/15/2029.
