PLEAS

State vs. Darrell Dewayne Stanley – two years for the offense of theft by taking.

State vs. Zavusis Illajuejan Battle – three years ct. 1: possession marijuana more than an ounce, 12 months ct. 3: driving while license suspended. Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years.

Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 8/7/25 – 8/8/25.

State vs. Joshua Adam Hollingsworth – three years ct. 1: possession of methamphetamine, 12 months ct. 3: driving while license suspended. Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years.

Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 7/18/25 – 7/28/25.

State vs. Armon Dandre Bentley – three years for the offense of possession schedule I controlled substance. Sentence to be served on probation. credit for time served 8/3/25 – 8/5/25.

State vs. Christopher Brown – 12 months for the offense of statutory rape. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 6/27/25 – 6/27/25.

State vs. Levi Chase Dixon – 12 months for the offense of possession marijuana less than ounce. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 8/9/25 – 8/11/25.

State vs. Tashaun Lattimore – 12 months for the offense of battery family violence.

Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 7/2/25 – 7/3/25.

State vs. Dennis Samuel Belk – three years for the offense of forgery in third degree, Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 10/24/25.

State vs. Crystal Gail Crabb – three years for the offense of possession methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 11/12/25.

State vs. Cedico Rodricous Davis – three years for the offense of possession marijuana more than an ounce. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 9/27/25.

State vs. Bryan Latroy Pitts – three years for the offense of terroristic threats with the first 150 days in the Jones County jail.

Remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Defendant to receive credit from time served and monies paid previously on this sentence.

State vs. Bryan Latroy Pitts – two years ct. 1: financial transaction card fraud, 12 months ct. 2: theft of lost or mislaid property.

Counts to run concurrently for a total of two years with the first 150 days in the Jones County jail. Remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 10/26/25.

State vs. Brian Dunn Walsh – three years for the offense of possession methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 9/29/25.

State vs. James Dupree – 12 months for the offense of theft by taking. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 9/12/25 – 9/13/25.

State vs. Clifford Brandon Villere – six months for the offense of obstruction of officer.

Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 11/14/25 – 11/20/25.

State vs. Eric Wayne Lewis – 60 days for the offense of theft by shoplifting. Credit for time served 8/29/22 and 10/26/25 to 11/19/25.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS

State vs. Jacob Leon Stirk – defendant shall serve 120 days in Jones County jail with credit for time served. He shall be released at the sheriff’s discretion. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. End date 1/8/29.

State vs. James Larue Hasty – defendant shall serve 60 days in the Jones County jail credit or times served. Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision.

State vs. Draymond Donnell Sellers – defendant ordered to remain in the Jones County jail where he will serve 150 days. Credit for time served and shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff.

Upon completion, he shall return to probation supervision and remain under active supervision until further order. All conditions now special.

State vs. Edward Eugene Brown – defendant sentenced to 150 days in the Jones County jail, credit for time served. Released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release he shall return to regular probation supervision.

State vs. Gabriel Kaison Martin – defendant shall receive credit for time served since 9/15/25. Defendant shall be ordered to enter and successfully complete the Next Step inpatient treatment program.

Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of program, followed by any recommended treatment. Defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until entry into program. Upon completion, defendant shall return to probation as originally ordered. End date 6/14/29. Defendant shall have three hours upon release from jail to arrive at Next Step facility.

State vs. Timothy Nathan Barefoot – defendant ordered to serve 180 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served in jail. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. He shall return to probation supervision and complete the Matrix Program with the Georgia Department of Community Supervision.

State vs. Matthew David Bass – defendant ordered to remain in the Jones County jail until entry into a state probation detention center where he shall serve 180 days. He shall receive credit toward detention center time from today’s date. Upon completion, he shall return to probation supervision as previously ordered. All conditions now special.

State vs. Joshua Bryon Tribble – defendant ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. He shall return to probation supervision and complete the Matrix Program with the Georgia Department of Community Supervision.

Furthermore, he shall enroll in anger management within two weeks of release.

All conditions now special.
