State vs. Draymond Donnell Sellers Jr. – 90 days for the offense of obstruction of officer. Credit for time served 4/21/26 – 6/26/26.
State vs. Dylan Christopher Tharpe – 12 months each ct. 1: giving false information to law enforcement officer, ct. 2: driving while license suspended. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 12 months. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 1/29/26 and 6/11/26 – 6/25/26.
State vs. Essence Rodnea Bynum – seven years each cts. 1-2: forgery in first degree. Counts to run concurrently for a total of seven years.
Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 5/6/26 – 6/25/26.
State vs. Nichole Leigh Lewis – three years for the offense of possession of methamphetamine.

Counts to run concurrently for a total of 10 years with the first 180 days served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation credit for time served since 2/24/26.

State vs. Steven Allen Jones – 20 years each cts. 3-4: lesser included offense of child molestation, 12 months each ct. 5: giving false name to law enforcement officer and ct. 6: obstruction of an officer. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 20 years with the first 180 days served in confinement at a probation detention center. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 1/14/25 – 6/25/26.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Brad Gene Kendrick – defendant revoked to 24 months to serve in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 3/20/25. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. He shall not be placed on unsupervised until further order of the court.
State vs. Jonathan Michael Jones – defendant ordered to re-enter a six-month THOR approved out-patient program following all rules and regulations of program including any aftercare deemed necessary. He must enroll in program within 30 days of this order. He shall return to regular probation supervision. He shall not be place on unsupervised until further order of the court.
State vs. Bobby Lee Shepherd – defendant ordered to enter and complete the substance abuse treatment program at New Beginnings Recovery Home for Men program including any aftercare. He shall abide by all rules and regulations of the program. He shall not be placed on unsupervised until further order of the court. Return to probation as previously ordered.
State vs. Clifford Wilson Skidmore – defendant revoked 60 days to the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 4/30/26. Upon release, his sentence may terminate.

He shall receive credit for time already served and all monies paid. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. He shall not be placed on unsupervised until further order of the court. Credit for time served in confinement begins 2/24/26.

He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision.

State vs. Tommy Williams – defendant’s balance on probation revoked to the state penal system. Sentence end date 1/10/27.
State vs. Terald Carl Jackson – defendant revoked to the state penal system for 1 year. Upon release, the balance on probation shall be terminated. Credit for time served since 12/13/25.
