PLEAS
State vs. Dandre Devon Sydnor - three years for the offense of possession schedule II controlled substance. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 4/9/26 4/11/26.
State vs. Brad Gene Kendrick - 252 days for the offense of obstruction of an officer. Credit for time served 2/26/23 and 11/26/25 - 8/6/26.
State vs. Joseph Michael Morrell - two years for the offense of failure to register as sex offender. Credit for time served 3/10/25 8/6/26.
State vs. Brian Ross - 20 years each cts. 6-8: child molestation. Counts to run consecutively for a total of 60 years with the first 30 years served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 9/22/25.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Armando Javier High - defendant shall enter and successfully complete the Bibb County Drug Court program. He shall remain on active probation supervision.
State vs. Michael Alan McFadden - defendant ordered to serve 60 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 7/24/26.
He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. The defendant shall not be placed on unsupervised probation until further order of the court.
