PLEAS

State vs. Margaret Dawn Griffin – 12 months each ct. 1: lesser included offense of possession of drug related objects, ct. 2: possession marijuana less than ounce. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 12 months to be served on probation.

State vs. Xzavia T. Lewis – 10 years each ct. 1: possession marijuana with intent to distribute, ct. 2: possession schedule 1 controlled substance with intent to distribute. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 10 years to be served on probation.

State vs. Tarell Marquice Taylor – 60 days to serve for the offense of forgery in the fourth degree. Defendant to receive credit for time served in custody from 2/7/23.

State vs. Christopher Quintarus Gillard – 12 months for the offense of simple battery family violence. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Christopher Quintarus Gillard – 12 months for the offense of simple battery.

Sentence to be served on probation and to run concurrently with existing sentence.

State vs. Marshall Shane McInvale – 15 years for the offense of possession methamphetamine with the intent to distribute, with the first two years served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.

Defendant to receive credit for time served from Aug. 16, 2022.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS

State vs. Casey Ramone Youngblood – defendant is ordered to serve 120 days in the Jones County jail. Credit for time served and released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant is ordered to report to and complete the Daily Reporting Center and shall return to active probation supervision (two cases, same resolution).

State vs. Marshall Shane McInvale – two years revoked to be served in the state prison system. Upon completion, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.
