PLEAS

State vs. Peggy Danielle Wesson – three years for the offense of possession of cocaine.

Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Neva Ann Groves – three years each ct. 1: VGCSA possession schedule II nonnarcotic drug (methamphetamine), ct. 2: crossing guard lines with drugs, 12 months ct. 3: possession marijuana less than ounce.

Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years with the first 60 days served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Trenton Collin Tribble – five years for the offense of burglary in second degree.

Defendant to receive credit for time served in custody from 1/4/19.

State vs. Jeffery Scott Watkins – 3 years for the offense of possession methamphetamine.

Sentence to be served on probation.

Defendant to receive credit for time served back to 4/20/23.

State vs. Lorenzo Darell Braswell – 14 days for the offense of criminal trespass.

State vs. Roxann Marie Duarte – five days for the offense of affray. Defendant to receive time in custody from 11/5/23.

State vs. Chandra Jasmine Gooch – 60 days for the offense of criminal trespass. Defendant to receive credit for time served in custody.

State vs. Amanda Leigh Hubby – 60 days each ct. 1: obstruction of officer and ct. 2: window tint violation. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 60 days. Defendant to receive credit for time served from 10/27/23.

State vs. Tre Deshawn Corbin – 12 months each ct. 1: lesser included offense of VGCSA possession marijuana misdemeanor, ct. 2: driving while license suspended. Counts to run consecutively for a total of 24 month with the first 94 days served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS

State vs. Neva Ann Groves – defendant adjudicated guilty and resentenced to three years probation with credit for time already served on probation of first offender sentence. Defendant ordered to serve 60 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served. She shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, she shall return to regular probation supervision. All conditions now special.

State vs. William Alton Sapp – defendant shall serve 180 days in a probation detention center, abiding by all rules and regulations of the program. Upon completion, he shall return to regular probation supervision.

Credit for time starts 11/9/23. All conditions now special.

State vs. Anthony James White – defendant ordered to serve 180 days in probation detention center. Upon release, defendant will return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered. All conditions now special.

State vs. Trenton Collin Tribble – defendant adjudicated guilty and released. Upon release, defendant will return to regular supervision as previously ordered. All conditions now special.

State vs. Jeffery Scott Watkins – defendant adjudicated guilty and resentenced to serve three years on probation, credit for time served on probation since 4/20/23. All conditions now special.

State vs. Tyrone Grissett Rutledge – defendant ordered to remain in Jones County jail until entry into a state probation detention center where he will serve 180 days. He shall abide by all conditions of detention center. He shall be given credit for detention time from 11/9/23. Upon completion, he shall return to active probation supervision. He shall not be eligible for unsupervised probation status for remainder of probation case. All conditions now special.

State vs. Kevin Michael Shealy – defendant will receive credit for time served since 10/26/23.

Upon release, defendant will return to active probation supervision as previously ordered. All conditions now special.

State vs. Ean Lawrence Evans – defendant is ordered to time already served in Jones County jail. All conditions now special.

State vs. Jonathan Paul Snellgrove – defendant ordered to enter into and successfully complete the 12-month substance abuse treatment program at Miracles Happen Recovery Residence. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of the program.

Upon completion, defendant shall be eligible for unsupervised status for two years.

State vs. William Clark Tatro – defendant shall serve 90 days in probation detention center where he will abide by all rules and regulations of the facility. He shall remain in the Jones County jail until bed space is available. Upon completion of PDC, he will have seven business days to install remote monitoring device on all internet accessing devices for 12-month period. Upon release he shall return to active probation supervision. PDC time begins 11/9/23.

State vs. Stephen Marcus Muniz – defendant to serve 90 days in Jones County jail, credit for time served since 9/30/23. All conditions now special.

State vs. Amanda Leigh Hubby – defendant ordered to serve 60 days in Jones County jail, credit for time served from 10/27/23.

Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. All conditions now special.

State vs. Bryan Terrell Fluellen – defendant will enter and successfully complete a 12-month inpatient substance abuse program. Upon release, defendant will return to active probation supervision as previously order. All conditions now special. Three cases, same resolution.
