PROBATION REVOCATIONS APRIL 4
State vs. Dewayne Anderson – balance of case is revoked to be served in confinement in the state prison system.
State vs. William Edward Delong Jr. – defendant is ordered to serve 119 days in the probation detention center. Defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until entry into program. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of program. Credit for PDC time begins 4/4/24. Probation end date 8/2/24. All conditions now special.
State vs. James Michael Purcell – defendant shall be revoked to the state penal system for 2 years. Upon release, defendant’s balance on probation shall be terminated.
State vs. Michael Shawn Crabb – defendant ordered to complete 12 months in an inpatient substance abuse treatment program. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of facility, followed by any recommended treatment. Defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until entry into facility. Upon completion, defendant shall not be placed on unsupervised supervision for two years. End date 2/16/27.
All conditions now special.
State vs. Christina Slaughter -defendant ordered to serve 120 – 180 days in probation detention center, abiding by all rules and regulations of facility. Credit for time served starts 4/4/24. Upon release, she shall return to regular probation supervision.
State vs. Alan Cook Purser – defendant revoked 90 days to the probation detention center. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of probation. Defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until entry into program. PDC time begins 4/4/24. Upon release, defendant’s probation balance shall terminate. End date 8/21/24.
State vs. Anitra Nicole Miller – defendant ordered to serve 1 year in Jones County jail, receiving credit for time served. She shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision.
State vs. Kelli Leigh Jackson – defendant adjudicated guilty and given credit for time served and monies paid since 8/6/15.
Defendant ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail, receiving credit for time served since 3/6/24. She shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. She shall return to regular probation supervision upon release.

State vs. Robert Weldon Gossett – defendant ordered to remain in the Jones County jail until entry into a state probation detention center where he shall serve 90 days. He shall receive credit toward the detention center time from 4/4/24. Upon completion, the defendant’s case shall terminate.
State vs. Thomas Earl Buchanan – defendant ordered to serve 30 days in Jones County jail with credit for time served in jail. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon completion, he shall return to probation supervision as previously ordered. All conditions now special.
State vs. Jason Howell Moore – defendant adjudicated guilty and resentenced to two years probation with credit for time served on probation on the conditional discharge sentence. Defendant is further ordered to time served in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 3/4/24. Upon release, she shall return to regular probation supervision. All conditions now special.
State vs. Steve Allen Wise Jr. – balance of case revoked to confinement in the Jones County jail. Defendant to be released at the discretion of the sheriff. If released prior to end date, case shall terminate.

State vs. Kelli Leigh Jackson – 20 years for the offense of burglary in first degree. The first 90 days served in confinement in the Jones County LEC. Upon service of 90 days in the Jones County LEC, the remainder of sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Tracy Shane Brown – 12 months each ct. 2: driving while license suspended, ct. 5: possession drug related objects. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 12 months. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Richard Elbert Price – defendant ordered to serve 60 days in the Jones County jail receiving credit for time served. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. He shall also enter and complete the Matrix program abiding by all rules and regulations. All conditions now special.
State vs. Douglas Andrew Shurley Jr. – defendant shall serve 180 days in a probation detention center, suspended upon compliance under supervision for six months with no violations. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. All conditions now special.
State vs. Christopher Eugene Coker – defendant is ordered to remain in Jones County jail until entry into a state probation detention center where he will serve 180 days. He shall receive credit toward the detention center time from 4/11/24. Upon completion, he shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. John Thomas Ashley – defendant shall enter and complete residential substance abuse treatment where he shall abide by all rules and regulations of the program. Upon successful completion he shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered. All conditions now special. He shall receive credit for all time served currently in RSAT.
State vs. Adam Micheal Glenn Wells – defendant adjudicated guilty and resentenced to serve three years on probation, credit for time served on probation from 7/13/23. Defendant ordered to serve 60 days in Jones County jail, credit for time served from 4/3/24. Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant shall not be placed on unsupervised supervision for remainder of his probation sentence. End date 5/1/26. All conditions now special.
State vs. Clyde Douglas Dupree Jr. – defendant revoked to the state penal system for two years. Upon release, balance on probation shall be terminated.
State vs. Travis Lee Rutland – defendant ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail, receiving credit for time served. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. All conditions now special.
