State vs. Jason Wales Smith – 12 months for the offense of reckless driving. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 8/3 – 8/7/25.

State vs. Jason Wales Smith – three years for the offense of possession methamphetamine.

Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served and monies paid on sentence.

State vs. Jason Wales Smith – 15 years ct. 1: forgery in first degree, 12 months each ct.

2: fraud in obtaining dangerous drugs, ct. 3: giving false information to law enforcement officer. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Christopher Brandon Burney – 12 months each ct. 1: lesser included offense of possession marijuana less than ounce, ct. 2: driving on suspended, canceled or revoked registration. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 12 months. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 10/2/25 – 10/2/25.

State vs. Tisha Renee Carr – 12 months for the offense of obstruction of officer. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 11/14/25 – 11/14/25.

State vs. Steven Griffin – 12 months for the offense of battery. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served credit for time served 11/6/25 – 11/6/25.

State vs. Ricky Eugene Young – three years ct. 1: possession of schedule II controlled substance, 12 months ct. 2: driving while license suspended. Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years with the first 90 days in the Jones County jail. The remainder of sentence to be served o probation. Credit for time served from 12/21/25.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS

State vs. Briton Deion Duncan – defendant shall serve 120 days in the Jones County jail and shall receive credit for time served. Upon release, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered (2 probation cases, same resolution).

State vs. Willie J. Hughes Jr. – defendant’s probation revoked 30 days to the Jones County jail and shall receive credit for time already served. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. He shall remain on active probation until further notice of the court. Furthermore, he shall enter and complete the Lighthouse Recovery and follow all rules and regulations of the program, which includes any aftercare.

State vs. Ashley Jean Evans – defendant shall serve 30 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served. Upon release, the defendant shall enroll and successfully complete the Field Matrix program. She must adhere to any and all aftercare/treatment recommendations. Defendant to return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered.

State vs. Ricky Eugene Young – defendant ordered credit for time served in jail. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff.

He shall return to probation supervision and complete the Matrix Program with the Georgia Department of Community Supervision. He shall remain on active
